Shipping policy

PROCESSING TIME: 

Time needed to prepare an order for shipping 2-3 business days. 

SHIPPING TIMES: 

3-7 business days after your order has shipped. 

In the summertime I only ship Monday-Wednesday due to the heat, I wouldn’t want your lovely order to be sitting in a hot truck for days. If you place your order Wednesday after 12pm your order will be shipped out that following Monday!  

Just know I am a small business owner, I ask you to be patient as I ship your items out in a timely manner. Delivery time will depend on the postal service. Once the package is scanned by the post office Etched Collective has no control over how long the package will take and arrive. Etched Collective is not liable or responsible for any delays, re-routes, or failed deliveries of your package.
